£42,712.80 – £46,368.40 per annum (dependent on qualifications)

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll bring strategic insight, operational acumen, and a collaborative approach to finance across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with teams in Operations, Quality, and Digital, you’ll help lead projects that support supported living, residential services, and back-office functions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver finance initiatives focused on performance management, controls, procurement, and reporting.
Partner with senior leaders and managers across departments to provide expert financial insight and support.
Drive the implementation of finance and workforce systems, including digital self-service tools and roster management.
Provide operational leadership within the Finance Team and lead on key transformation priorities.

What You’ll Need

ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
Strong experience in financial and management accounting.
A collaborative, business-partnering mindset with a focus on enabling others through finance.
Finance Business Partnering experience is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your drive, knowledge, and leadership.
